- This is the best solution I have seen so far. It would fit nicely
- with the other system control files (GEM.CNF, MINT.CNF, ASSIGN.SYS,
- DESKTOP.INF, NEWDESK.INF) so users would know exactly what the
- purpose of the file was on seeing it. It is also easy to edit,
- allows for programs with specialized menu entries, and seems
- very expandable. It does not require resource editing, and is
- global (so all programs get the same shortcuts the user has
- configured).

- Great idea, Andre. If we do vote on topics, I think this is one
- of the proposals that is ready to be voted on. If it passes, we
- could work on implementing it.
